1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://writeontime.co.uk, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Payment Plan
If you decide to take up the offer of a payment plan you will be paying over a 2 month period for the entire 30 Days to Get in the Press Programme as a courtesy.
It is important that you understand this is a payment plan NOT a pay as you go subscription. The entire 30 Days to Get in the Press Programme amount will be due whether you decide to continue with the 30 Days to Get in the Press Programme at any point or not.
Once a payment is missed, the entire amount for the 2 months becomes due immediately.
All sessions/payments are non-refundable.
If you miss a payment we will instruct a debt collection agency to collect the remaining balance. If this happens you will be liable to pay the remaining cost in full and any costs incurred during the administration of chasing the payments (such as debt collection agency fees.)
3. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Write On Time Ltd’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
